What will be the payment mode?
You can pay through cheque, net banking, mobile banking and through UPI also.
What is the plot cancellation process?
If you wish to cancel your plot, kindly do so within 15 days from the date of your token payment, and you will be eligible for a full refund.
However, if the cancellation request is made after the initial 15-day period, a refund will be provided after deducting 30% of the token amount.
If I do One Time Payment, can you do the registry instantly?
Yes, of course. If you clear your payment in one shot, we will do the registry immediately.
Who will do the mutation and conversion?
The mutation and conversion will be done by you. If you need help, we are always there for you to help to get the process done.
The payment will be done by you only for these processes.
